Two highway patrolmen were kidnapped this afternoon.
The double attack comes 24 hours after the kidnapping and gang rape of a 14 year old girl by four uniformed officers.
One of the kidnapped officers was released, but the other one was shot to death.
The man had a gunshot wound to his head and no longer had vital signs.
He was identified by the police as Jesús Edwin D. E., 26 years old, who was an agent of the Highway Police of this corporation.
The body was located on the freeway that connects to the Chihuahua highway.
The abducted teenager was kidnapped and then raped by 4 uniformed officers.
